Terms

Plain versions of the rules: you own your restaurant’s content, we run the pages, and either of us can walk away.

Last updated August 27, 2026. These terms cover the srvd.bio website and the restaurant pages it publishes. Using the service means accepting them.

What the service is

srvd publishes a page for a restaurant at srvd.bio/name showing its menu, hours, and ways to act — reserve, order, get directions, call. Some pages are created by the restaurant; others we build from published information so the restaurant can see the page before deciding anything.

Pages nobody has claimed yet

A page built before anyone claimed it is assembled from what the restaurant already publishes, and it carries a srvd credit. If you run the restaurant you may claim it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, and we will act on the request — how to do that. We do not require a reason for removal.

Claiming, and what you are responsible for

When you claim a page you tell us you are authorized to act for that restaurant. From then on you are responsible for what appears on it: that the menu and prices are right, that the hours are right, and that you have the right to use the photos and other content you upload. Don’t upload anything you don’t have permission to use, anything unlawful, or anything designed to mislead a diner.

Who owns what

Your content stays yours. By putting it on your page you allow us to host, display and adapt it for that purpose — resizing a photo, rendering a menu, showing an excerpt in a link preview. The site itself, its design and its software remain ours.

Free and paid

A complete page is free, including editing. SRVD Pro is a subscription — $19 per month or $180 per year at launch pricing — adding analytics depth, scheduling, brand control and removal of srvd branding. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice, and never mid-period. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the page reverts to the free tier rather than going dark.

Availability, and the honest disclaimer

We work hard to keep pages fast and correct, and we degrade rather than guess: where we are not confident about a fact, the page omits it. Even so, the service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for a free page is nothing.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: cancel a subscription, or ask us to remove the page. We may suspend or remove a page that breaks these terms, that infringes someone’s rights, or that we are legally required to take down — and we will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and, for account holders, directly. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
