Where the information comes from

Everything on a page traces to something the restaurant published: its own website and menu, and public listing data. We store what we read, and the page renders only what we’re confident about — an uncertain fact is left off rather than guessed at, because a wrong price or a wrong “open now” is worse for a restaurant than a quieter page.

Pages that nobody has claimed are marked as such and carry a small a page by srvd.bio credit. They are not advertising, they are not ranked against anyone, and we don’t sell placement — see what free and Pro include.

Questions we get

Why does my restaurant have a page I didn't create?

We build pages from information restaurants already publish — your own website, your menu, your listing — so you can see what yours looks like before deciding anything. Nothing is invented: if we aren't confident about a fact, the page leaves it out rather than guessing. The page is yours to claim, correct, or remove.

Is it really free?

Yes. A complete page — menu, hours, reservations, ordering, directions and socials — costs nothing, and editing it is free too. We charge for SRVD Pro ($19/month or $180/year), which adds deeper analytics, scheduled promotions, brand customization and removal of srvd branding. Free pages stay genuinely complete; that is the point of them.

Where did the photos come from?

From the restaurant's own website or listing. If a photo isn't yours to use, or you'd simply rather it weren't there, tell us and it comes down. When you claim your page you can upload your own photos, which is the outcome we want anyway.

Something on the page is wrong. How do I fix it?

Email us and we'll correct it, usually the same day. Claiming the page also gives you direct editing, which is the faster path if there's more than one thing to change — hours, menu items, prices, links and photos are all editable.

How do I get the page taken down?

Ask, and we remove it. No forms, no retention offer, no questions — email us from any address and say which restaurant. We'd rather have a page you want than a page you tolerate.

Are prices on my page accurate?

They're whatever your published menu said when we read it. We never round, convert or estimate a price: where a menu says "market price" or lists a glass and bottle price, the page shows exactly that rather than inventing a single number. Claiming the page lets you correct prices directly, and we re-check menus on a schedule.

How is this different from a Linktree?

A link list makes a diner read and choose. A srvd page answers the question they actually have — can I eat here tonight — with your menu, whether you're open right now, and one primary action that changes with the time of day. It's built for restaurants specifically rather than for anyone with links.

Do I need to change my Instagram link?

Only when you're ready. Your page works whether or not anyone links to it; putting srvd.bio/your-restaurant in your bio is what turns profile visits into reservations and orders.

Wondering how it compares to a link list?

Point by point, here — menus, open status, the main button, and what search engines and assistants can read.
